Senior Product Manager, Lower Limb

Job Summary

To drive the strategy and commercial success of Fillauer's lower-limb prosthetic and orthotic product portfolio, the full-time remote Senior Product Manager, Lower Limb will manage the full product lifecycle, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and execute go-to-market strategies while focusing on market requirements and customer insights.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze market trends and competitive positioning to develop product investment recommendations and inform product development decisions
• Build and own go-to-market plans for product launches, ensuring alignment across Sales, Marketing, Clinical Education, and Operations
• Design and lead Voice of Customer programs to gather insights that shape product requirements and commercial strategy

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, engineering, or healthcare; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in Marketing, Consulting, or a similar function (6 years with an advanced degree)
• Experience in project or program management
• Global launch strategy and execution experience
• Familiarity with O&P, prosthetics, orthotics, or rehabilitation medicine preferred
