Job Summary

Leading the product strategy and implementation of the Marketing Technology ecosystem, the full-time Senior Product Manager, MarTech will manage the growth foundation for user acquisition, cross-sell, and retention, while collaborating cross-functionally in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Own and define the MarTech Stack, including paid channel automation and experimentation infrastructure
  • Lead the web growth strategy, ensuring seamless integration from web to app and optimizing the customer journey
  • Facilitate alignment across Engineering, Data, and Marketing to ensure efficient execution toward business outcomes
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in MarTech and Product Management, preferably in a high-volume B2C technology-driven environment
  • Deep domain expertise in analytics and attribution platforms, with strong knowledge of iOS tracking frameworks
  • Proven cross-functional leadership skills with experience aligning diverse stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and data analysis; knowledge of Python/R is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field is preferred
