A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Medicaid.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and roadmap for the healthcare management offering from discovery to launch
• Understand the needs of managed care organizations (MCOs) and state Medicaid agencies to improve member outcomes
• Lead product development, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and define success metrics related to health outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience, preferably in health-tech or healthcare services
• Experience taking a product from concept to a scaled solution
• Startup experience with a comfort in ambiguity and resource constraints
• Direct experience in B2B sales motions with MCOs or health plans
• Strong understanding of the Medicaid managed care landscape and member engagement
