Senior Product Manager - Medical Device
Job Summary
Owning the product strategy and execution for a core area of Jama Connect, the full-time remote Senior Product Manager - Medical Device will leverage deep industry expertise to shape product direction, drive revenue growth, and engage directly with customers while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end product ownership, defining and evolving the product roadmap to balance customer needs and technical constraints
- Drive commercial strategy by optimizing the roadmap for revenue growth and identifying expansion opportunities with go-to-market teams
- Engage with customers to validate product direction and synthesize market insights into prioritization decisions
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of product management experience, particularly in B2B SaaS with enterprise customer engagement
- Demonstrated senior-level builder expertise with a track record of turning product ideas into working artifacts
- Direct medical device industry expertise with experience in complex, regulated products
- Strong customer-facing presence and ability to represent product credibly at the executive level
- Experience using AI-enabled tools and workflows for research and decision-making
