Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the mission of eliminating barriers to mental healthcare for members
  • Lead and collaborate with member support teams to develop a strategic roadmap
  • Lead initiatives to automate and scale member-facing support teams

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of product/program management experience in healthcare solutions
  • Experience with building end-to-end member support flows
  • Experience with call center operations and ticket management software
  • Experience with CRM-based data management and systems
  • Experience with data sharing via ETL/API
