Key Responsibilities:

Actively discover and advocate for the learning needs of Meraki users
Own, prioritize, and communicate Meraki's Learner Experience (LX) roadmap
Align and lead cross-functional teams to work efficiently towards the same goals

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of proven experience in a Product Management role with a focus on digital experiences and learning design in a large B2B or SaaS setting
Highly knowledgeable about user experience design, edtech, and digital learning technologies
A systematic thinker who can work effectively with technical teams to guide complex integrations between platforms
Strong quantitative skills, with an analytical, data-driven approach to problem-solving
Passionate about understanding and advocating for the needs of your users
