Required Qualifications

• Proven track record of managing high-traffic web experiences and launching complex product initiatives
• Expert-level experience with A/B testing frameworks and behavioral analytics tools
• Comfortable working with engineering teams on API integrations and technical workflows
• Experience in the financial services sector, particularly in consumer finance
