Senior Product Manager Oncology

Job Summary

Owning the strategy and execution of the prior authorization product with a primary focus on oncology, the full-time remote Senior Product Manager Oncology will lead cross-functional teams, define product direction, and ensure compliance with clinical criteria and payer policies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the product strategy and roadmap for prior authorization across multiple specialties, emphasizing oncology
• Lead the integration of clinical criteria and workflows into the product, ensuring alignment with NCCN Guidelines and payer-specific requirements
• Collaborate with engineering and clinical teams to enhance product features and facilitate electronic prior authorization submissions

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in product management, particularly in healthcare or oncology-related products
• Deep understanding of prior authorization workflows and clinical criteria, especially in oncology
• Experience with product analytics and defining success metrics
• Strong background in building partnerships with payers and understanding interoperability standards
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and engage with various stakeholders effectively
