Key Responsibilities

• Execute the payments product strategy and align roadmap with company objectives
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for payments capabilities across various platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product features and user stories

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, product management, engineering, finance, or related field; MBA preferred
• 6-10+ years of software product management experience, with at least 3 years in payments or fintech
• Proven experience leading cross-functional product initiatives in an Agile environment
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data for decision-making
• Experience with CRM, retail, ERP, or DMS systems serving dealerships or multi-location businesses
