Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, particularly in payments or fintech
• Proven track record of building and scaling products in complex environments
• Strong understanding of digital payments and consumer fintech ecosystems
• Technical fluency and experience collaborating with engineering teams
• Experience with marketplace or two-sided platform models is a plus
