Senior Product Manager, Payments

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Payments to oversee the payments delivery roadmap for a digital ticketing platform in high school athletics.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end payments delivery roadmap, focusing on financial reporting, payout operations, refunds, disputes, tax compliance, and Stripe Connect execution
• Collaborate with Engineering, Finance, and school-facing stakeholders to ensure accurate and compliant product delivery
• Utilize AI tools to enhance spec writing, data analysis, and customer feedback processing for efficient product delivery

Required Qualifications

• 5-8+ years in product management or related fields such as accounting or finance operations
• Experience in payments, fintech, or financial services with a focus on settlements and reconciliation
• Ability to manage complex backlogs across multiple workstreams with competing priorities
• Proven experience using AI tools for product development and customer feedback synthesis
• Strongly preferred: familiarity with payout products and payment processor ecosystems
