Job Summary

Senior Product Manager - Payments, is a full-time position responsible for defining and driving the Vantaca Pay product roadmap, optimizing payment flows, and ensuring compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product roadmap for Vantaca Pay, balancing short-term goals with long-term vision
• Optimize various homeowner-facing payment experiences and run experiments to improve digital payment conversion
• Collaborate with Engineering, Customer Success, and Go-to-Market teams to connect product decisions to measurable business outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in AI-native product management and using AI tools for product work
• Proven ownership of product surfaces with real adoption metrics and experience in high-growth payments or D2C environments
• Experience with payment platforms, preferably with Stripe, and optimizing digital payment experiences
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret product data and communicate findings effectively
• Self-direction and comfort in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
