Senior Product Manager, Payments

Job Summary

To support the evolution of a large-scale customer engagement and payments ecosystem, the contract Senior Product Manager, Payments & Loyalty Platform will drive the integration of credit card and loyalty capabilities into a unified points-based platform while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end execution of product initiatives for integrating credit card and loyalty systems
• Partner with engineering, data, and business stakeholders to deliver on established product strategy
• Leverage data to inform decision-making across transactions, rewards, and customer engagement flows

Required Qualifications

• 4-8+ years of product management experience in retail, ecommerce, or payments environments
• Experience launching or supporting credit card products preferred
• Strong data fluency and comfort working with datasets
• Experience in backend/platform-focused product roles
• Exposure to regulated environments such as payments or financial services is a plus
