Senior Product Manager, Payments

Job Summary

Owning the roadmap for A2A payment capabilities, the remote Senior Product Manager, Payments will manage product execution, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive the development of bank-direct payment solutions that enhance transaction efficiency and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Define and prioritize product features based on partner needs and transaction data while maintaining a well-prioritized backlog
• Lead product discovery through customer interviews, competitive analysis, and data synthesis to inform product strategy
• Collaborate with Engineering and other teams to ensure compliance and operational soundness of products before launch

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, with at least 3 years in payments or financial services
• Hands-on experience with A2A payment products such as ACH, RTP, and open banking
• Demonstrated ability to independently deliver complex payment products from discovery to launch
• Strong understanding of payment system design and experience working with engineering teams
• Proven track record of using data-driven insights to prioritize work and measure impact
