Senior Product Manager, Payments

Job Summary

Driving the payments product roadmap, the full-time Senior Product Manager, Payments will manage the end-to-end checkout experience, oversee vendor relationships, and ensure operational excellence in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the payments product roadmap, prioritizing and shipping improvements to checkout and subscription billing
• Manage relationships with payment processors and orchestration platforms, ensuring optimal performance and integration
• Monitor transaction success rates and chargeback ratios, proactively addressing issues to maintain operational health

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience specifically in payments, billing, or checkout
• Proven track record of integrating AI-powered tools into product workflows
• Experience in a subscription-based DTC company, particularly in health or wellness
• Direct experience with payment processors and understanding of auth flows and transaction failures
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to build dashboards and interpret data effectively
