Job Summary
Strategically leading a critical pod within the Core domain, the full-time Senior Product Manager - Payments will own the vision and roadmap for payments, fraud prevention, and compliance systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance player loyalty and business resilience in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the strategy and multi-year roadmap for a focused domain within core products
- Navigate strategic trade-offs between growth, trust, speed, and compliance while defining guiding principles for the team
- Collaborate with Engineering leadership to architect scalable systems and reduce operational burdens through product enhancements
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience, including 1+ years leading a small PM team
- Deep expertise in payments/monetization, fraud prevention/account security, or compliance/player protection
- Proven track record of shipping complex, cross-functional products that impact business metrics
- Experience in regulated industries such as fintech, gaming, or healthcare
- Mastery of web and mobile product experiences, including familiarity with Apple App Store and Google Play
