Senior Product Manager - Payroll

Job Summary

To enhance user experience in payroll solutions, the full-time remote Senior Product Manager - Payroll will define and drive an AI-first strategy, focusing on payroll tax and compliance, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative features and streamline processes.

Key responsibilities

• Define a product vision and roadmap for AI-driven compliance capabilities that reduce manual effort for customers
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and compliance teams to translate regulatory requirements into product specifications
• Engage with customers to validate problems and solutions, gathering feedback on AI-driven features

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of product management or closely related experience in software product delivery
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with US payroll taxes and compliance
• Proven experience in a relevant role within the payroll or HCM domain
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data in product development
• Experience working with AI/ML-enabled capabilities and translating business problems into AI use cases
