Senior Product Manager, Population Health

Job Summary

Owning a major product domain within Atlas, the full-time remote Senior Product Manager, Population Health will shape product strategy, lead cross-functional initiatives, and translate customer needs into scalable solutions to enhance healthcare outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Define strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for an end-to-end product domain or major population health workflow
• Lead customer and market discovery to identify unmet needs and validate solutions for improved product-market fit
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex healthcare workflows into scalable product experiences

Required qualifications

• 7-10+ years of Product Management experience, particularly in healthcare technology or enterprise SaaS
• Strong understanding of US healthcare, especially in population health and value-based care
• Proven experience managing complex products involving multiple stakeholders and workflows
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic alignment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills suitable for executive engagement
