Senior Product Manager, Public Sector

Job Summary

Driving innovation in the public sector, the full-time Senior Product Manager, Public Sector will define and execute the vision and strategy for Missionforce product offerings, focusing on government and defense capabilities while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Missionforce offerings, particularly in tax and revenue, judicial systems, and mission readiness
• Lead cross-functional teams in the planning and delivery of product features, ensuring compliance with government requirements
• Collaborate with customers and partners to identify opportunities, validate solutions, and drive the go-to-market strategy for new products

Required qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen (U.S. born or naturalized) without dual citizenship
• Minimum of 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in the public sector and defense
• Proven ability to set a compelling product vision and lead cross-functional teams in regulated environments
• Deep knowledge of cloud technologies and experience with AI/ML applications in government settings
• Strong experience in stakeholder management and translating mission needs into product requirements
