A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Revenue Cycle & Billing.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute the RCM product roadmap, focusing on workflows and system integration
• Drive strategy for billing and payment solutions, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Collaborate with Design and Engineering to create intuitive patient interfaces and conduct user research

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, with 3+ years in Revenue Cycle Management or healthcare finance
• Expertise in full-cycle RCM workflows, including insurance capture and patient billing
• Proficiency with analytics tools and familiarity with SQL for data analysis
• Strong technical acumen, with experience working with engineering teams on APIs and data structures
• Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare compliance regulations related to financial data
