Job Summary
Driving the vision and execution of RFID-enabled solutions, the full-time Senior Product Manager, RFID will develop product strategies, maintain roadmaps, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance inventory accuracy and operational efficiency in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Define and own the RFID product strategy aligned with overall Stores objectives
- Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap for RFID initiatives while partnering with engineering and operations teams
- Analyze data to measure RFID impact on inventory accuracy and customer experience, iterating based on feedback
Required qualifications
- 6+ years in Product Management, preferably in retail or supply chain technology
- Strong understanding of RFID technology and its applications in retail
- Data-driven decision-making and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree required
