Senior Product Manager, Salesforce

Job Summary

To drive product strategy and execution, the remote Senior Product Manager, Salesforce will own the product roadmap for commercial go-to-market tools, collaborating with cross-functional teams to prioritize and deliver high-impact solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate a prioritized product roadmap aligned with company objectives
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable quarterly objectives within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
• Engage with stakeholders to understand pain points and workflows, leading discovery activities to inform product design

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in go-to-market tools within an enterprise environment
• Experience working within SAFe or agile frameworks, including PI Planning
• Strong product sense with the ability to balance user needs, business value, and technical feasibility
• Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst certification
• Hands-on experience with AI productivity tools applied to product management workflows
