Job Summary

Leading the development of advanced enterprise search and conversational AI capabilities, the full-time Senior Product Manager - Search will set the vision for product strategy, drive measurable outcomes, and manage a team while working flexibly or remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the product strategy for search and AI capabilities to support company growth
• Shape the product narrative and secure executive buy-in to ensure impactful initiatives
• Manage and mentor a team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product management, with proven leadership in building high-performing teams
• 8+ years of expertise in enterprise search or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) products
• Strong understanding of AI/ML frameworks and modern search technologies
• Track record of delivering high-quality, scalable features focused on measurable outcomes
• Ability to leverage qualitative and quantitative insights to guide strategy and measure success
