• Engage with customers to validate service concepts and build feedback loops to enhance service definitions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective representation and transaction of services on the platform

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product management, service design, or consulting operations
• Experience in defining and launching service products or marketplace/catalog models
• Strong analytical skills for defining pricing models and measuring service economics
• Experience engaging directly with enterprise customers for validation and feedback
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
