Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager for Statutory Disability & PFML.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive product development and management for Statutory Disability & PFML across various market segments
• Act as a subject matter expert, focusing on customer needs and ensuring alignment with the company's mission and risk components
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document best practices and implement quality measures in compliance with regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience in Statutory Disability and PFML product development and management
• Strong knowledge of Life, Absence, Statutory Disability, PFML, and related compliance issues
• Broad understanding of employee benefit programs, including Paid Family Medical Plans
• Experience in project management and analytical skills
