Senior Product Manager, Supply Chain

Job Summary

To support a growing supply chain operations team, the full-time Senior Product Manager, Supply Chain will partner with engineering and data science teams to design and deliver supply chain exception management capabilities, while also building relationships with customers and technology partners in a flexible or remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering and data science to design and implement supply chain exception management features
• Develop product strategies that deliver value to supply chain and procurement customers
• Build and maintain relationships with supply chain technology partners and customers to co-develop integrated solutions

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of product management experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics
• Expertise in supply chain exception management workflows and processes
• Strong technical acumen with experience in software architecture and system design
• Proven success in building products within partner-centric ecosystems
• Experience integrating AI into supply chain processes and decision-making
