Key Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze data to prioritize product development based on customer needs

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product management
• 5+ years of experience in Payroll/Human Capital Management, preferably at a SaaS provider
• Deep domain experience in payroll tax filing and regulations
• Experience working in an agile environment
• Data-driven with strong analytical and relationship-building skills
