Senior Product Manager, Technology

Job Summary

Driving the vision and strategy for Marriott's Unified Experience Layer (UXL), the full-time Senior Product Manager, Technology will lead product innovation, platform adoption, and operational excellence while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer and developer experiences in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the multi-year roadmap for UXL, aligning it with Digital and Enterprise business objectives
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery through delivery, ensuring successful adoption and continuous improvement
• Drive stakeholder alignment and governance practices while presenting product performance metrics and investment recommendations to senior leadership

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Digital Product Delivery, or related technology disciplines
• 3+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience/certification
• Strong understanding of Agile product development methodologies and tools, including JIRA
• Experience with AI technologies and their application in product management practices
