Job Summary
Owning the vision and execution for Time Off & Attendance products, the full-time Senior Product Manager - Time Off will lead the expansion of capabilities for the U.S. market while collaborating with global teams in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Define and prioritize the product roadmap, balancing customer needs and business priorities
- Drive product initiatives from discovery through launch, collaborating with Engineering and Design teams
- Partner with customers to translate workforce management challenges into intuitive product solutions
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of Product Management experience building B2B SaaS products
- Strong understanding of the U.S. market, including workforce management and compliance requirements
- Experience owning the strategy and execution of complex, business-critical products
- Demonstrated ability to balance long-term product strategy with hands-on execution
- Experience leveraging AI throughout the product lifecycle
