Senior Product Manager, Tools

Job Summary

Owning the tools portfolio end-to-end, the full-time Senior Product Manager, Tools will manage the lifecycle of productivity tools, synthesize customer feedback into the roadmap, and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure quality and alignment with broader solutions, all in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Own the tools catalog strategy, including tool inclusion, categorization, and evolution
• Manage the pipeline of field-originated tools through development, ensuring quality and supportability standards
• Define and manage the release cycle, supporting multiple releases per tool annually while tracking portfolio health metrics

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product management with progressive responsibility
• Experience managing a portfolio of technical products or tools with an active customer feedback and release cycle
• Experience working with geographically distributed engineering teams
• Strong prioritization skills balancing customer requests and strategic goals
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
