Senior Product Manager (UK)

Job Summary

Leading the product strategy and vision, the full-time Senior Product Manager (UK) will manage the roadmap and prioritize features for an AI-augmented electronic lab notebook platform, working remotely with a dynamic team to enhance scientific workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Developing and communicating a clear product vision and strategy aligned with company goals
• Defining, prioritizing, and managing the product roadmap based on market research and customer feedback
• Partnering with customers to gather insights and validate product decisions related to laboratory workflows

Required qualifications

• Degree in a scientific discipline (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Bioinformatics) or significant experience in software development for scientists
• Proven experience managing complex software products with a strong understanding of SaaS business models
• Experience using analytics to inform product decisions and measure user satisfaction
• Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in user experience design
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders
