Job Summary

Key responsibilities
- Lead complex product initiatives across underwriting, from problem definition through launch and adoption
- Partner with clients and underwriters to gather input and develop a durable roadmap for platform evolution

Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of product management experience, with hands-on life insurance experience, ideally in underwriting
- Familiarity with underwriting tools, processes, and decision-making criteria
- Proven track record of delivering successful products with measurable business impact
- Experience using AI tools as a working accelerant for product development and decision-making
