Senior Product Manager, User Experience

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Staff Product Manager for Agentic User Experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end user experience for agent-powered administrative capabilities
• Lead collaboration across design, content, engineering, and core platform teams
• Define and track success metrics related to agent adoption and user trust in AI-driven workflows

Required Qualifications:

• 5-8+ years of product management experience, particularly with AI-powered platforms
• Direct experience shipping agentic or conversational AI experiences
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles applied to AI systems
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams across design, content, and engineering
• Experience in complex, multi-product or platform environments
