Senior Product Manager - UX Lead

Job Summary

Leading the end-to-end user experience for the Morpheus platform, the full-time Senior Product Manager - UX Lead will define UX vision, design customer journeys, and drive product strategy while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end platform user experience, defining the UX vision across various functionalities
• Design and manage customer journeys and user flows for multiple personas to ensure usability and efficiency
• Conduct UX research and synthesize insights into product requirements and roadmap priorities

Required qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior or Principal Product Manager with a focus on UX for complex enterprise platforms
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and user research methodologies
• Experience in shaping UX for cloud management, DevOps, or SaaS platforms
• Ability to translate qualitative user insights into actionable product requirements
• Familiarity with modern web UI technologies and frameworks such as React and Angular
