Senior Product Manager - Voice

Job Summary

Driving the roadmap and execution for telecom solutions, the full-time Senior Product Manager - Voice will collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and customer success teams in a remote capacity to guide product direction and accelerate profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the direction, roadmap, and execution for telecom solutions
• Translate customer, partner, regulatory, and carrier requirements into clear product initiatives
• Measure and drive improvement to KPIs addressing service quality, reliability, onboarding time, and profitability

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 3 years focused on business voice / UCaaS, telecom services
• Deep understanding of SIP, RTP, VoIP protocols, SBCs, and telephony infrastructure
• Demonstrated track record of driving end-to-end product lifecycle for mission-critical platforms
• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent practical experience
