Senior Product Manager with Public Trust

Job Summary

Owning platform product management activities, the full-time Senior Product Manager with Public Trust will establish a product management framework, lead the development of product roadmaps, and facilitate product management ceremonies while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and operate a platform product management framework, including OKR alignment and backlog management
• Lead the development and maintenance of product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with customer experience milestones and risk management
• Facilitate product management ceremonies, such as Scrum-of-Scrums and Sprint Demos, to drive team collaboration and product delivery

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of product management experience, with at least 4 years in enterprise data, analytics, or SaaS platforms
• Demonstrated experience running OKR programs and Agile product ceremonies across multiple teams
• Experience in building and maintaining product roadmaps and release plans for technical platforms
• Ability to obtain and maintain a favorable Tier 2 (Moderate Risk) background investigation
