Job Summary

Partnering with cross-functional teams, the full-time remote Senior Product Marketer will lead the go-to-market strategy for pricing and packaging, focusing on clear positioning and customer experiences as HubSpot transitions to AI- and usage-based models.

Key responsibilities
  • Collaborate with pricing stakeholders to shape pricing and packaging decisions based on customer value and market impact
  • Develop messaging frameworks and enablement materials to support sellers in communicating usage-based pricing
  • Synthesize insights from customer feedback and market signals to identify gaps in positioning and enhance adoption
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Pricing Strategy, or related SaaS go-to-market functions
  • Proven experience leading pricing or monetization transitions in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Strong cross-functional influence skills with experience working alongside Product, Finance, and Sales Strategy teams
  • Ability to translate complex concepts into clear positioning and actionable messaging
  • Experience building enablement programs or sales tools that drive revenue growth
