• 10+ years of experience in traditional finance, payments, DeFi, or crypto
• 5+ years of experience leading a product marketing function in a B2B organization
• Proven track record of driving rapid growth and adoption of innovative technologies
• Deep understanding of platform services businesses and complex technical concepts
• Proven ability to develop and mentor a high-performing Product Marketing team
