Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Marketing & Communications Manager who can bridge product, marketing, and client success to drive taxpayer adoption post-sale and influence new business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build onboarding flows, lifecycle communications, and product marketing assets that drive end-user adoption and engagement
  • Work closely with Product, Sales, and Client Success to ensure adoption marketing aligns with product capabilities and partner goals
  • Partner with clients' marketing teams to co-create and implement taxpayer communications embedded inside their apps
Required Qualifications:
  • 5-8 years of experience in product marketing, lifecycle marketing, or growth marketing at fintechs, startups, or high-growth companies
  • Experience with complex products and ability to learn quickly
  • Comfortable creating landing pages and user-facing messaging independently
  • Understanding of pricing, market analysis, and product positioning
  • Ability to design customer journeys and manage marketing tools effectively
