Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal marketing partners to develop creative strategies that align with business objectives and KPIs
• Manage relationships with creative agencies, overseeing project budgets and ensuring timely and on-budget delivery of campaigns
• Analyze campaign briefs, lead creative presentations, and ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of experience in advertising, telecom, or entertainment fields
• Proven background in customer retention and engagement marketing strategies
• Experience in advertising agencies, production, or film and TV
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with a baseline knowledge of MS Office suite
