Key Responsibilities

• Influence and create positioning and messaging for Charlotte AI capabilities, translating product value into customer outcomes
• Lead product launches and initiatives, ensuring strategic alignment and high-level execution across stakeholder groups
• Develop go-to-market frameworks and core assets, driving field readiness and adoption in partnership with sales and technical marketing

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years in product marketing or adjacent go-to-market roles, preferably in cybersecurity or AI/ML
• Proven experience in driving positioning, messaging, launches, and field enablement for enterprise technology
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to influence without authority
• Technical fluency in articulating AI capabilities and security outcomes
• Strong business acumen with a focus on connecting messaging to business outcomes
