Job Summary
Driving industry positioning and customer advocacy, the full-time Senior Product Marketing Manager will develop solution messaging, lead product launches, and manage customer engagement initiatives in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Develop industry messaging, solution positioning, and use-case narratives aligned with the company's platform and product strategy
- Lead cross-functional launch planning and execution, ensuring successful adoption of new solutions among existing customers
- Build and manage customer advocacy initiatives, including references and case studies that support Sales and Marketing efforts
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, or Solutions Marketing within SaaS, AI, or Contact Center technology
- Strong experience in developing industry messaging and sales enablement content
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Engagement Managers, and Marketing teams
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear customer narratives
- Experience supporting customer advocacy programs and events
