Job Summary
Owning the go-to-market strategy for Pindrop's voice authentication and fraud prevention solutions, the full-time Senior Product Marketing Manager will manage product positioning, lead feature launches, and develop sales enablement content while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own product positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation for Core segment solutions
- Lead launches of new features and build enablement materials that translate complex technology into business outcomes
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive sales enablement suite tailored for Core decision-makers in enterprise contact centers
Required qualifications
- 5-8 years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience in contact center technology, cybersecurity, or AI/ML security solutions
- Direct go-to-market experience with enterprise contact center or voice security solutions, demonstrating pipeline and revenue impact
- Proven ability to build sales enablement programs and content for complex products sold to large enterprises
- Strong writing and editing skills across various formats, with a portfolio or writing samples preferred
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Demand Generation teams
