Job Summary

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and assess marketing strategy effectiveness
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product profiles, value propositions, and support long-term strategic planning
• Lead the execution of product marketing strategies, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and successful product launches

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 8+ years of relevant business experience in marketing, sales, strategy, or product development
• Prior marketing experience in the medical device industry and healthcare capital equipment required
• Demonstrated success in new product development and launch excellence marketing
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and synthesize insights into actionable strategies
