Job Summary
To support the go-to-market strategy for mid-market and enterprise segments, the full-time Senior Product Marketing Manager will manage product launches, drive competitive campaigns, and enhance customer retention while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end launch motion for high-priority products, coordinating cross-functional execution and ensuring timely, on-message releases
- Drive competitive displacement campaigns and provide field enablement to accelerate deals and customer retention efforts
- Serve as the voice of the mid-market and enterprise customer, shaping positioning and sales strategies within the business
Required qualifications
- 4-7 years of product marketing experience, specifically in B2B SaaS with a focus on launches and go-to-market strategies
- Fluency with mid-market and/or enterprise sales motions, understanding complex buyer dynamics
- Proficiency in utilizing AI tools for content creation and enablement asset development
- Strong product instincts with the ability to quickly become a subject-matter expert and translate technical capabilities into buyer value
- Ability to work core Eastern Time (ET) business hours to collaborate effectively with globally distributed teams
