Job Summary
Owning the post-sale product marketing strategy, the full-time Senior Product Marketing Manager will drive customer engagement and product adoption for install base customers in a remote setting by creating targeted content and internal resources while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute the install base marketing strategy to enhance customer engagement and feature adoption
- Create adoption-focused content and internal enablement resources to support customer success teams
- Analyze product usage data to track adoption metrics and optimize marketing programs
Required qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in product marketing or customer marketing within B2B SaaS
- Proven ability to translate product capabilities into customer-facing value narratives
- Experience with AI tools for content creation and workflow optimization
- Strong understanding of product usage data and analytics
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
