Job Summary
To support a growing fintech platform, the full-time remote Senior Product Marketing Manager will define product positioning, lead new product launches, and drive adoption and retention campaigns while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a product marketing strategy that enhances brand awareness and customer satisfaction
- Own programs to boost product adoption, activation, and retention, identifying friction points and optimizing the user journey
- Lead go-to-market strategies for new features, crafting compelling messaging that supports sales and drives measurable outcomes
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing within a high-growth B2B FinTech or similar multi-product environment
- Proven experience in creating go-to-market strategies and producing marketing assets such as launch videos and landing pages
- Demonstrated ability to launch campaigns focused on adoption, activation, and retention across various channels
- Strong analytical skills to define KPIs, track progress, and make data-driven decisions
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives effectively
