Job Summary
To support a growing members-only home swapping network, the full-time Senior Product Marketing Manager will own segment strategy, build go-to-market motions for priority audiences, and equip cross-functional teams with actionable insights in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own segment strategy and validation to identify acquisition and retention opportunities through structured testing
- Build go-to-market motions, including positioning, messaging, and channel strategies for priority audience segments
- Equip cross-functional teams with customer insights and actionable briefs to ensure consistent execution across marketing channels
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or audience strategy, preferably in consumer marketplace or network-based products
- Proven track record of segment or market validation, with experience in structured testing and developing repeatable go-to-market motions
- Research-forward and analytically rigorous, with the ability to isolate variables and structure experiments effectively
- Strong positioning instincts to translate customer insights into compelling messaging across various channels
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Growth, and Data teams, demonstrating leadership through influence
