Senior Product Modernization Manager

Job Summary

Leading the modernization of consumer deposit product offers, the full-time Senior Product Modernization Manager will define strategic direction, manage platform upgrades, and ensure compliance while collaborating across Technology, Finance, Compliance, and Marketing in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Define and own the multi-year product offers platform modernization roadmap and oversee the evaluation and implementation of platform solutions
• Set standards for end-to-end offer creation and ensure enterprise-wide accuracy and compliance of product configurations
• Manage the operational model for product offer delivery across customer-facing channels and lead cross-functional partnerships to align on modernization initiatives

Required qualifications:

• Undergraduate Degree in marketing, business, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in deposit product operations or banking product management within a regulated financial institution
• Demonstrated experience in leading product modernization or platform migration initiatives
• Strong technical fluency with the ability to translate enterprise requirements into implementation-ready specifications
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and build, develop, and retain teams in a product operations or technology-adjacent function
