Job Summary
Leading the modernization of consumer deposit product offers, the full-time Senior Product Modernization Manager will define strategic direction, manage cross-functional partnerships, and oversee the implementation of scalable systems and processes while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Define and manage the multi-year roadmap for product offers platform modernization, ensuring alignment across Technology, Finance, Compliance, and Marketing
- Establish standards for product offer creation and configuration, ensuring compliance and accuracy across all banking systems
- Lead operational model development for product offer delivery across customer-facing channels, prioritizing platform improvements and managing system impacts
Required qualifications:
- Undergraduate Degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in deposit product operations or banking product management within a regulated financial institution
- Proven experience in leading core banking product modernization and platform migration initiatives
- Deep understanding of consumer deposit product infrastructure and related compliance requirements
- Experience in leading cross-functional initiatives and managing teams in a product operations or technology-adjacent function
